Glass Work
Yale Summer 2023
This Summer I spent some time learning lamp working and simple glass blowing techniques at the Yale glass shop. I spent a lot of time working on chemistry glass techniques, but in-between they would show me some marble techniques. At the end of my time there I made a set of glass fish to give out as souvenirs. I am quite proud of them.
Nurture Yourself
Road with Trees 2023
This interactive art piece is a functional pulley system. The weight of hand crafted charms can be added to the baskets to make the flower grow, reminding you to nurture you mind body and soul.
Remote
Advanced CAD 2024
Project for advanced CAD, using Keyshot and Solidoworks surface modeling and assembly.
This is a Wedding quilt I designed and sewed last Summer for my cousin. It has all of her wedding colors. When I was a kid I used to go to a quilting summer camp, and it was so nice getting to return to a sewing project.

The prompt: With a chosen object, design a Cardboard Carrier for it. It must be made out of one piece of cardboard, and built for easy construction and deconstruction.
I like cardboard and am fond of how this turned out.

Flow Form Spatula
Products Lab Spring 2023
The prompt for this project was to make a flow form spatula given a block of European beech wood. I wanted my spatula to have a long reach and a wide scooping edge. She is mostly smooth except for one bevel that follows through the edge of the head to the length of the handle.

Modular Structure
Design Lab Spring 2022
Our group designed a structure with a relaxing mood in the setting of a sandy beach. Someone might come under to get away from the sun, or look at some crabs, but if a windy storm comes this can be taken down and stored.

Breakfast For Dinner
Design Studies Persuasion 2023
Our group's goal was to promote communication between friends and family, fighting against the fast nature of digital communication. We noted that cooking had always helped us to come together with loved ones. We decided to create a card game revolving around "get to know you questions" and cooking. We used the persuasive forms of visual language, novelty, and fun to "trick" people into forming tighter connections to others.

Miniatures
2018 - Ongoing Collection
In high school I started making popsicle stick houses. I find it very therapeutic to make these and never put much stake in any deeper purpose for them.
